When mailing us photographs or artwork, it CAN NOT be folded in any way. Please obtain an envelope large enough to loosely contain all of the photographs and artwork. Make sure it is lined with some sort of card stock so the photographs or artwork will not be damaged while in transmit.

No artwork will be scanned or used that is bent or has a fold in it.
